Life               in               this               day               and               age               has               become               busier               than               ever               before.

Activities               are               jam               packed               into               each               day               and               each               week,               and               sometimes               people               do               not               know               whether               they               are               coming               or               going.

Plus,               with               the               financial               difficulties,               overwork,               and               various               other               issues               that               some               people               are               facing,               stress               levels               may               be               through               the               roof.

When               living               life               at               this               level,               many               will               turn               to               foods               that               are               more               unhealthful               and               fattening,               like               burgers               and               fries               or               greasy               pizza.

Individuals               will               settle               for               less               than               the               best               to               try               and               relieve               the               stress.

There               are               more               healthful               ways               to               reduce               stress.

Here               are               five               healthier               choices               that               are               sure               to               induce               a               relaxed               feeling:
               1)               Turkey               -               Have               you               ever               noticed               that               immediately               after               Thanksgiving               or               Christmas               dinner,               we               become               tired               and               sluggish,               and               just               want               to               take               a               nap               in               front               of               the               television?

That               is               because               of               the               tryptophan,               an               essential               amino               acid               that               is               found               in               turkey               and               many               other               foods.

Tryptophan               metabolizes               in               the               body               and               converts               into               serotonin,               which               helps               to               relax               an               individual.

Many               other               protein-based               foods               contain               tryptophan,               but               turkey               is               a               healthy               way               to               get               that               amino               acid               into               your               diet.
               2)               Chamomile               -               The               chamomile               flower               has               many               medicinal               uses,               but               the               most               popular               use               of               this               small               daisylike               flower               is               for               making               relaxation               tea.

This               flower               is               edible,               and               can               be               ingested               in               tablet               form,               capsule,               liquid               extract               or               in               tea.
               3)               Warm               Milk               -               Many               men               and               women,               if               asked,               can               remember               their               parents               giving               them               a               glass               of               warm               milk               before               lying               down               for               sleep.

There               was               a               good               reason               they               did               this.

Milk               contains               tryptophan,               a               similar               type               as               found               in               turkey,               which               helps               an               individual               to               successfully               combat               sleep               deprivation               and               insomnia.

It               soothes               the               body               and               relaxes               the               mind.
               4)               Dark               Chocolate               -               So               many               people               love               chocolate               because               it               makes               them               feel               so               good.

There               is               actually               evidence               showing               that               chocolate               releases               endorphins               to               the               brain,               providing               the               body               with               pleasurable               sensations.

Chocolate               also               contains               a               small               mount               of               tryptophan               that               helps               to               create               serotonin               in               the               body.
               5)               Bananas               -               These               powerhouses               of               potassium               and               energy               also               assist               with               relaxation.

Potassium               is               a               natural               blood               pressure               regulator.

Adding               bananas               to               the               meal               not               only               increases               health,               it               also               brings               stress               levels               down               naturally.
Next               time               stress               becomes               overwhelming,               pull               out               one               of               these               healthy               foods               to               relieve               that               high               stress               level.

The               body               will               be               so               thankful.

    1. orlistat 120 mg is used in the treatment of obesity. It helps the body in blocking the absorption of fats from the small intestines and stomach. it is used to aid in weight loss or to help reduce the risk of regaining weight already lost. it must be used together with a reduced-calorie diet.
