After               using               these               vitamins               for               a               few               weeks,               I               can               say               I               am               quite               happy               with               them.

They               contain               a               lot               of               the               B               Vitamins,               and               do               give               me               extra               energy               without               feeling               jittery.

I               love               the               naturalness               of               the               NOW               Liquid               Vitamins               &               Minerals.

This               product               is               naturally               sweetened,               and               thickened               with               vegetable               glycerine.

The               companies               website               is               listed               on               the               bottle,               and               after               visiting               it,               I               found               and               interesting               warning               that               says               not               to               feed               this               to               pets,               because               although               Xylitol               is               safe               for               people,               it's               harmful               to               dogs.

I               know               people               who               give               their               pets               human               medication,               so               I               really               wish               they               would               have               put               this               on               the               bottle.
I'm               very               pleased               with               the               taste               and               performance               of               NOW               Liquid               Multi               Vitamins               and               Minerals,               I               only               hope               to               be               able               to               find               it               at               a               more               affordable               price.

I               am               used               to               buying               multiple               vitamins               in               pill               form,               and               my               large               bottles               usually               last               me               several               months,               so               this               is               a               change               for               me.

Still,               I               love               the               thought               of               liquid               vitamins,               as               I               have               enough               other               pills               to               swallow               and               I               don't               really               enjoy               swallowing               pills.

I               also               feel               that               the               liquid               form               will               allow               it               to               be               absorbed               by               my               body               extremely               well.
A               doctor               once               told               me               that               when               he               reads               his               patients               x-rays,               he               often               sees               whole               vitamin               pills               that               have               passed               through               the               body               without               even               being               broken               down               and               absorbed!

He               told               me               about               the               acid               test,               where               you               put               your               pills               in               a               little               bit               of               vinegar               (which               mimics               the               stomachs               acidity),               and               if               they               haven't               started               to               dissolve               in               30               minutes,               they               aren't               doing               the               body               much               good.

With               liquid               vitamins               I               don't               have               to               worry               about               that!
To               conclude,               I               really               do               like               NOW               Multi               Vitamin               &               Minerals,               and               highly               recommend               it               if               you               are               looking               for               a               good               liquid               vitamin.
